New York is obviously a huge and heavily populated city. So certainly nervous about finding my way around. However, New York also has of the most famous attractions in the USA.
We are lucky enough to be staying at the Algonquin Hotel, Times Square, a wonderfully historic hotel and it is located right in the middle of the city, so we won’t have to worry about driving around or paying for cabs. We also booked this hotel through Priceline.com.
One of the sites I am excited to see is the American Museum of Natural History. The AMNH is one of the great Natural History Museums in the world. I collect crystal and minerals so am looking forward to seeing the Harry Frank Guggenheim Hall of Minerals. There is also a range of information about one of America’s most awesome Presidents, Teddy Roosevelt.
I am also looking forward to seeing the famous Metropolitan Museum of Art, “The Met,” which has some of the most famous artworks in the world.
Fortunately we can see these and other fantastic attractions with the New York City Pass so we won’t have to worry too much about the costs when we are there.
Also hoping to catch the amazing Spider-man on Broadway show. We have lots of great theatre in Melbourne, but we are never likely to see something that costs as much to put on as this show.
